We are hoping to mate Tabby (MY GIRLS) to Timmy (MY BOYS) in Jan/Feb 2012 We are also hoping to mate Maddie in 2012 They will be Kennel Club Registered, Micro chipped, Fully Wormed, will have 4 weeks insurance, and come with a full puppy pack including food, instructions, useful tips and information. They are home reared in the house.
Their Kennel club papers will be restricted for breeding and export. I'm sorry I do not export. I am a Kennel Club Accredited Breeder. BELOW IS A COPY OF MY PURCHASE AGREEMENT WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO AGREE TO AND WE WILL BOTH HAVE SIGNED COPIES.

__________________________________________________ hereinafter called “the owner”, agreeing to provide a satisfactory home for the Golden Retriever known as “____________ ” (KCReg.name_________ _______________________) Microchip no ____________, hereinafter called “the dog”, Angela Cooper, Dikeadaze Golden Retrievers declares she is selling the dog to the owner subject to the following conditions: The owner agrees to provide the dog with a happy loving home, and agrees that he/she will take full responsibility for his welfare. The owner undertakes to obtain prompt veterinary attention for the dog, at their own expense, in case of illness or injury, and has been advised to consider veterinary insurance. The annual vaccination programme will be kept up to date and regular prophylactic treatment for fleas and worms will be purchased from a veterinary surgeon. The owner will endeavour to maintain the dog’s weight at optimum for health and quality of life. The dog shall not be neutered under the age of twelve months. The owner undertakes not to sell or otherwise part with possession of the dog, or cause or permit it to be destroyed (except in case of veterinary emergency) without first contacting Angela G.Cooper, who will be given the option of taking the dog back at any stage of his life should the owners be unable to keep it. The owner understands that the dog’s kennel club registration is endorsed Progeny not eligible for registration and Not eligible for the issue of an export pedigree. The owner declares that neither he/she nor any member of their household has ever been banned from keeping animals nor investigated for cruelty. The owner understands that whilst every care is taken to breed sound, healthy puppies, mating two dogs that are themselves free from hereditary defects does not guarantee that their offspring will be similarly problem-free.
